A copper engraved map of three vertical columns containing the routes with text engraved at the side and beneath the columns. This text includes a wealth of fascinating, historical , topographical and informative notes.

There are also topographical features, compass rose showing orientation of the route in each column and the Coat of Arms of Royal Tunbridge Wells. all enhanced with later hand colouring

Verso is an uncoloured strip map of the route from Liphook to Portsmouth in Hampshire.

Fine condition free of repairs or restoration, a crisp, dark impression.

Approx. 8" x 5.5" (200mm x 140mm) overall.
