An interesting copper engraved plane of Rome, Italy. The four corners are illustrated with Roman coins and the plan is flanked either side by a numbered key identifying 52 places of interest.
  

 Fine condition other than some minor marginal soiling not affecting the map area. Free of repairs or restoration. Fold lines as issued.

 Printed on hand laid paper, blank verso.

Approx. 12" x 7" (300mm x 180mm) map area only with good margins beyond.
