Emanuel Bowen (1714 -1767) and his son Thomas Bowen (d1790) were prolific engravers and map publishers in 18th century London.

Their maps were used extensively to illustrate travel books and periodicals such as the London Magazine and Universal Magazine.

They also worked extensively with their contemporaries, Thomas Kitchin and John Owen to produce successful atlases and road maps.

Thomas created a number of maps in his own right after his father's death in 1767.
