A fine stipple engraved portrait of Lodowick or Ludovic Stuart, Duke of Richmond. 

Stuart, a Scottish nobleman was involved in the settlement of Maine, USA and Richmond, Maine as well as Cape Richmond etc are named after him. 

Fine unmarked condition. 

Approx. 10" x 7" ( 260mm x 180mm) overall.

Printed on heavy grade paper, blank verso. Would frame up well  for display
