An attractive copper engraved view of Streatham House, Streatham, Surrey.

At time of printing the fine country mansion was the seat of the Duke of Bedford.

Although the house is now lost the original village of Streatham takes its name and is now in the London Borough of Lambeth.

A crisp, dark impression in fine, clean condition.

Printed on robust wove paper, blank verso and accompanied by a sheet of associated text detailing the history and location.

Measuring approx. 8" x 6" ( 200m x 150mm) to the clearly defined platemark, with margins beyond.
